CJC-1295 DAC (Tetrasubstituted 30-Amino Acid Peptide Hormone) is an analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone that is beneficial for treating adults and children with growth hormone deficiencies and impaired linear growth. It may also be effective for Turner syndrome and muscle wasting conditions. It is available as CJC-1295 DAC (Tetrasubstituted 30-Amino Acid Peptide Hormone) 2mg/vial injections, each containing 2mg of Tetrasubstituted 30-Amino Acid Peptide Hormone and other excipients.

 

CJC-1295 DAC (Tetrasubstituted 30-Amino Acid Peptide Hormone)  Mechanism of Action:

As a GHRH analog, CJC-1295 DAC functions by stimulating the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. When it is connected with the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), it boasts a half-life of 5 - 8 days, which is a significant advantage compared to GHRH itself, which has a half-life of only 7 minutes. This extended half-life reduces the need for frequent injections. Additionally, CJC-1295 DAC can enhance deep sleep and improve memory retention.

 

CJC-1295 DAC (Tetrasubstituted 30-Amino Acid Peptide Hormone) Dosage:

Administered via intramuscular injection twice a week.

Possible side effects include fluid retention, weakness, itching, tingling sensations, and insulin resistance.
